Resetting Passwords

1. To reset your Novell password (the one you login to the computer with) or Groupwise contact the Student Assistance and Parent Services center at 298-2092.
   
   To reset your ECOM/Zimbra password contact University Computer Support Services at 298-2704.
   
   To reset your mainframe/QWS3270/MVS password contact University Information Management Systems at 298-2104.
